What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Encouraging academic progress and positive attitudes to learning

  • Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and year groups

  • Experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or school-based roles)

  • Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
