Maths Teacher - Trafford, Manchester
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics for a full-time supply role (8:15am-3:30pm) at a successful 11-16 secondary school in Trafford.
This school has very high expectations of behaviour and achievement. Classrooms are calm, purposeful and disruption-free, allowing teachers to focus on teaching and pupils to focus on learning. Students are motivated, respectful and respond well to clear routines and strong subject expertise.
The Role:
* Teach Mathematics to GCSE (AQA experience desirable)
* Deliver engaging lessons that support strong progress, including with high-ability students
* Maintain clear expectations and structured classroom routines
* Full-time temporary cover (5 days per week, 8:15am-3:30pm)

The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers, experienced QTS practitioners and FE maths specialists with experience teaching 11-16. What matters most is strong subject knowledge, confidence in the classroom and a genuine commitment to high standards.
To be considered, you must:
* Hold QTS, QTLS or an equivalent qualification (PGCE 14+ or CertEd)
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks
* Provide a full CV with complete employment and education history
