School Caretaker - Glossop (Long-Term Role)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Caretaker to join a large Primary School in Glossop on a long-term basis.

The role will involve split shifts, with working hours open to negotiation. You will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, clean and well maintained for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and securing the school site

  • General site maintenance and basic repairs

  • Carrying out cleaning duties where required

  • Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are safe and presentable

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience as a Caretaker or Site Supervisor (preferred)

  • Be reliable, proactive and able to work independently

  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment
