Teaching Assistant - EYFS

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in their early years? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Oldham that is looking to appoint a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

The Role

Full-time position supporting pupils within the EYFS setting
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities and provide tailored support
Help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners
Provide additional support for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), ensuring an inclusive classroom for all

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Has experience working with SEND pupils (desirable)
Is compassionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about early years education
Demonstrates a strong commitment to helping children develop confidence and reach their full potential
