About you - 1:1 TA - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Provide consistent 1:1 support tailored to the individual needs of the pupil.
• Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and supported.
• Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
• Adapt learning activities to ensure pupils can access the curriculum effectively.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to implement individual support plans.
