Hours: Flexible (Full-time and Part-time opportunities available)

About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the nursery team in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. You will help deliver engaging activities, encourage early learning, and ensure every child feels valued and supported.

Pay rates are between £93 -£100, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fun, educational activities

  • Support children's learning and development through play

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment

  • Work closely with nursery staff to support daily routines

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience in childcare is desirable but not essential

  • Relevant childcare qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is an advantage

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent Nursery Nurse qualifications
  • An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
  • A CV that covers your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Legal Right to work in the UK
