Tradewind Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established secondary school in Kettering seeking a dedicated French & German Teacher to join their team from April or September 2026. This is a full-time position offered on a long-term supply basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role:
* Deliver engaging French and German lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential opportunities at KS5 in the future)
* Plan creative and well-structured lessons that support language development in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
* Adapt teaching strategies to support students with a range of abilities and learning styles
* Encourage a positive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate and practise their language skills
* Work closely with the MFL department to support curriculum delivery, assessments, and wider language enrichment activities

About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in French and German with experience teaching GCSE content
* A proactive and confident teacher with strong classroom management skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for languages and inspiring young learners
* Open to applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
