HLTA - SEMH ARP Reintegration Lead
Location: Camden, London
Pay: £125 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm (Full Time)
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support and manage reintegration within their SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) ARP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA with strong SEMH experience who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them successfully transition back into mainstream classrooms.
The Role
- Lead and manage the reintegration process for pupils within the SEMH ARP
- Provide targeted support for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider pastoral team
- Support pupils in developing strategies to regulate behaviour and engage positively with learning
- Track progress and help ensure successful reintegration into mainstream lessons
The Ideal Candidate
- HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs (essential)
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
