Primary Teachers Wanted - Wandsworth, South West London

At Tradewind Recruitment, we are supporting a number of well-organised and popular primary schools in Wandsworth with their need for daily supply, part-time, and full-time teachers.

Our partner schools are looking for EYFS, KS1, and KS2 teachers who are confident teaching from existing planning, delivering engaging lessons, and marking pupils' work. These welcoming schools offer supportive environments and are ideal for teachers who enjoy making a positive impact in the classroom.

Qualified teachers, ECTs, and overseas-trained teachers are all welcome to apply.

Location: Wandsworth, SW London - a leafy borough with excellent transport links via the District Line, buses, and trains.

Pay:

  • £160-£170 per day (PAYE) for daily supply teaching

  • Longer-term roles paid in line with the national main pay scale

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced teachers or ECTs living within easy commuting distance of Wandsworth

  • A passion for helping children reach their full potential

  • Strong classroom management skills and a positive, adaptable attitude

  • Knowledge of phonics is desirable

Who Should Apply

  • Teachers with QTS or a recognised teaching qualification that allows you to teach in a UK state primary school (e.g. a four-year degree with teaching qualification)

  • Candidates with an Enhanced Child-Only DBS and/or overseas police checks

  • A CV covering your full employment and education history since finishing formal education (with any gaps explained)

  • The legal right to work in the UK
