Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a Church of England school in Tower Hamlets to appoint a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their welcoming and friendly school for a maternity cover from April 2026 - July 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to teach Year 1 in a two-form entry primary school at the heart of the Isle of Dogs community in Tower Hamlets.

Pay rates from £180 - £268 (PAYE) depending on experience.

Who should apply:

A teacher with QTS OR a recognised teaching qualifications which allows you to teach in a state Primary school (a four year degree).

An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
A CV that covers your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
Legal Right to work in the UK
