SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a fantastic 2- form entry primary school in Havering (Upminster) who are looking for a learning support assistant to join their school from April 2026.
The role is to support key children across key stage 2.

It is a warm and welcoming school on a spacious and leafy site. The school is particularly committed to developing the whole child and values a diverse range of enrichment opportunities.
It is located close to Upminster Station (District Line and Overground Liberty Line) and has plenty of parking space available.
About you:
As a learning support assistant applying for this position, you:
- Must have previous experience supporting young people with special needs, particularly Autism
- Must be knowledgeable about working with children with special needs
- Must be skilled in leading small group interventions and delivering structured curriculum sessions
- Must be familiar with strategies used to support learning for children with autism or speech and language delay
- Must be able to work within a team and support others
- Must be able to motivate and inspire
