Job Description

A supportive secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in pastoral support and student wellbeing. This role goes beyond academic support and focuses on helping students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

You'll work closely with students who may struggle with attendance, behaviour, or confidence, acting as a consistent and trusted adult.
