About you - Teaching Assistant - Rushden, Northamptonshire

• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3), or willingness to work towards one
• Basic qualifications in English and Maths (typically GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (desirable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to working with pupils
