Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects) - Secondary Schools | Greenwich | 5 Days per Week
Are you an experienced and motivated Learning Support Assistant with a strong academic background in core subjects? We are seeking dedicated LSAs to join welcoming and well-established secondary schools across Greenwich, supporting students to reach their full potential.
This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and confident supporting learners in subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
The Role:
Provide in-class support across core subjects, working closely with teachers to enhance student learning
Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, including those with additional learning needs
Help to adapt learning materials to suit different abilities and learning styles
Encourage student engagement, confidence, and academic progress
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)
A degree is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young people
