An adaptable personality is essential, as no two days are the same. You should feel comfortable managing different classroom environments and responding effectively to varying school needs.

Successful candidates will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
• Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
