We are currently recruiting Primary Graduate Teachers to work within a trust of primary schools in the Wisbech and Cambridge area.
The role offers the chance to work across 4 different school sites within the trust, gaining valuable experience across the primary division. All schools are rated 'Good' by Ofsted, and you will benefit from strong support from the Senior Leadership Team. Additionally, there are opportunities for permanent roles starting in September, giving you a clear pathway to progress your teaching career.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while building hands-on experience in a variety of primary school settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2 in line with the national Curriculum.
- Cover lessons using pre-prepared materials when required
- Support students through one-to-one and small group interventions
- Help maintain a focused, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support with lesson preparation, resources, and general departmental duties
- Build experience that can support future career pathways, including teaching
Requirements for the Primary Graduate Teacher
- Graduates in bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related subject
- Strong communicators who are confident working in a classroom environment
- Those exploring a potential career in teaching, without the immediate commitment to training
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals
