Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a number of welcoming and well-established primary schools across the borough of Merton, all seeking committed and enthusiastic Class Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Take responsibility for a class (year group based on your experience and school needs)
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold UK QTS
- Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Are committed to inclusive practice and raising attainment for all pupils
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Are seeking a long-term or permanent position within a supportive school
