EYFS/KS1 Leader - Maternity Cover (April 2026 Start)

Tradewind are seeking an experienced and dynamic EYFS/KS1 Leader on behalf of a welcoming client school in St Albans. This maternity cover position is set to begin on 13th April 2026 and offers an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a supportive and values-driven school community.

The Role:

Lead EYFS/KS1 with a clear focus on high-quality teaching and learning
Support, mentor, and develop Early Career Teachers
Contribute to the wider leadership of the school
Ideally suited to candidates with previous Assistant Head experience
Fixed-term maternity cover starting 13th April 2026

Salary: £36,372 - £52,488 per annum
