Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Ashton area of Tameside. This is a full-time role starting in April 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent Early Years qualification) - essential
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school
• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
