Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Ashton, Tameside, seeking a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role begins in April 2026 and offers the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
- Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Assisting in the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent Early Years qualification) - essential
- Previous experience within an Early Years setting in a primary school
- A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
