Tradewind is actively recruiting graduates in Nottingham for year-long paid positions, starting in November 2025 on a Temporary and Part Time basis with a schools renowned for enthusiasm and experience in developing new educators.

The Undergraduate Teaching Assistant role requires:
- A passion for teaching & commitment to supporting students academically, with a holistic, social & emotional outlook.
- Completing a degree (working towards 2:2 or above preferred), along with strong A-Level and GCSE results.
- Ability to confidently and effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
