A well-established and supportive 3-form entry primary school in Hayes is seeking a confident Year 5 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for a Year 5 class
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Support pupils of mixed ability, including those with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with parallel class teachers
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • UK QTS
  • Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Upper KS2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
  • Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
  • Ability to hit the ground running

This role would suit both experienced teachers and confident ECTs with strong KS2 experience.
