Student Support Worker - Primary School (North Sheffield)
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Student Support Worker to join our welcoming primary school community in North Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming pupils and prioritising key children for regular check-ins.
- Supporting pupils identified through behaviour logs, including reflection and follow-up discussions.
- Responding to behaviour support calls and helping pupils return to learning.
- Building positive relationships through mentoring, check-ins, and daily support.
- Liaising with parents and following up on behaviour and attendance concerns.
- Supporting learning in class and supervising during social times where needed.
- Managing a reflection space to support positive behaviour choices.
- Delivering mentoring sessions and contributing to targeted interventions (e.g. ELSA training).
- Maintaining accurate behaviour records.

- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
