Tradewind Recruitment are supporting an alternative provision setting in Tameside that works with pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.

The role:

  • Supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
  • Building strong relationships and acting as a positive role model
  • Supporting learning in small groups and 1:1 settings

We're looking for:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Resilience and confidence
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

Ideal backgrounds:

  • Youth work
  • Sports coaching
  • Behaviour mentoring
  • Residential care
