Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Supply Basis)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a reputable trust of schools in the Sheffield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for adaptable and committed individuals looking to gain varied experience within supportive primary and/or secondary school settings on a supply basis.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be working across a range of schools within a multi-academy trust, supporting pupils' learning and development in the classroom. Assignments will vary on a day-to-day and short-term basis, offering flexibility and the chance to build experience in different educational environments.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who require additional support
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Helping to prepare learning materials and resources
Promoting a positive and safe learning environment
Contributing to pupil progress and wellbeing

About You

To be considered for this role, you should:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have experience working with children in an educational setting
Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
