SEN Teaching Assistant & HLTA Opportunities (Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the Role:
You will be supporting students with a range of complex needs, helping them access education in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. This is a highly rewarding role suited to individuals who are patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with complex needs including ASD, PMLD, and medical requirements
  • Assist with personal care and physical support where required
  • Support learning in specialist environments such as sensory rooms and hydrotherapy settings
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualised learning plans
  • Promote independence, communication, and social development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (particularly complex needs)
  • Comfortable supporting personal care and physical needs
  • Calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • HLTA qualification or relevant experience (for HLTA roles)
