Teaching Assistant- Kettering, Northamptonshire
Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Kettering? Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a supportive and inclusive school seeking a reliable TA to join their team.

The role will involve supporting the class teacher, working with small groups and individual pupils, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You may also support children with additional needs, so adaptability and a caring approach are essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
