Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects - Maths, English & Science)
Location: Lambeth, South London
Contract: Full-Time, 5 Days per Week
Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Available

Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting students in core subjects? We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lambeth seeking a full-time LSA to provide targeted support across Maths, English, and Science.

The Role:

• Provide in-class and small group support across Maths, English, and Science
• Work closely with teaching staff to support student understanding and engagement
• Assist students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic support
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom management where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science
• A degree (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with young people
