• Must have QTS
• Have experience as a primary teacher (ideally in key stage 2)
• Must be able to deliver high-quality lessons that support both academic and personal development
• Have an approach to teaching that will embed a love of learning and curiosity in children
• Have high expectations of yourself and of the students

• Be open minded and celebrate diversity
• Be able to promote healthy lifestyle choices and physical activity
