Looking for a flexible, rewarding role in education? Tradewind Recruitment is on the lookout for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across our partnership secondary schools in Sheffield. Whether you're after day-to-day variety, short-term placements, or long-term opportunities, we've got you covered!

What you'll be doing:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students with their learning and keeping them engaged
Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and any issues

What we're looking for:

Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
Experience working with young people (education or youth work preferred)
A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
Good behaviour management skills
A degree or relevant qualification is desirable (but not always essential)
