Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

During your first year, you will:

• Source, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
• Create professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools and clients
• Work alongside experienced consultants to maximise placements
• Build strong working relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Work towards achievable KPIs with full support from your manager
• Earn uncapped commission throughout your training period

This is a people-focused, sales-driven role that suits graduates who enjoy working towards goals, developing professionally, and being rewarded financially.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000 in Year 1
