Tradewind is currently seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers interested in roles across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for the 2026/27 academic year within Oldham.

Our schools look for Early Career Teachers Who:

  • Demonstrates a secure understanding of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
  • Brings a positive, proactive approach to classroom teaching
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • ECTs with experience of schemes such as RWI, Letters and Sounds, White Rose Maths, Oxford Reading Tree, Rising Stars and others are highly encouraged to apply
  • Maintains a strong record of attendance and reliability
