SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Enfield
Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£120 per day

An inclusive secondary school in Enfield is looking for an SEN TA to support students with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to specialise in SEN.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
- Supporting students with emotional regulation and learning
- Adapting classroom resources to student needs
- Working closely with SENCOs and external specialists
What they're looking for:
- Experience supporting SEN or vulnerable young people
- Patient, empathetic and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for SEN and inclusion
