Are you a creative and passionate Art & Design Tutor looking to make a real difference?

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and supportive Art & Design Tutor to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young people who may have struggled in mainstream education and help them build confidence through creativity.

The Role:

• Deliver Art & Design sessions to small groups of learners
• Plan engaging, practical and creative lessons
• Support students with varying educational and behavioural needs
• Encourage self-expression, confidence and positive engagement
• Create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment

We're Looking For:

• Experience teaching or tutoring Art & Design
• A passion for supporting young people in alternative education
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, adaptable and positive approach
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant tutoring/industry experience welcomed
