Nursery Nurse - Full Time Role

About the Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you will be at the heart of the setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating space for children to learn and grow. You will support the delivery of high-quality early years education, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive care and support to children aged 0-5

  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities

  • Monitor and record children's progress in line with EYFS

  • Foster positive relationships with parents and carers

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Requirements

  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
