Are you a passionate and motivated Secondary Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a long-term role for the new academic year?

We are currently working with a number of supportive secondary schools across Chesterfield and Sheffield who are looking to welcome enthusiastic ECTs into their teams. Opportunities are available across a range of subject specialisms, with the potential for earlier starts in June and July for the right candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, receive ongoing support, and begin your teaching career within welcoming and well-established schools.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold or are working towards QTS
  • Are passionate about delivering engaging lessons
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Are eager to develop professionally and gain experience
  • Can build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Are committed to supporting student progress and achievement

The role will include:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons within your subject specialism
  • Planning and assessing in line with curriculum expectations
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students of all abilities
