The Role
No two days are the same! You may be:
- Delivering sports sessions and supporting PE lessons
- Leading warm-ups, drills, and extracurricular activities
- Supervising classes during teacher absences
- Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged
- Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
- Acting as a positive role model within school
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from people who are:
- Passionate about sport, education, or working with young people
- Confident leading groups of secondary-aged students
- Positive, adaptable, and approachable
- Strong communicators with good behaviour management skills
- Reliable and professional
- Experienced in coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or schools (preferred but not essential)
