Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day

A well-regarded secondary school in Islington is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students who need additional guidance with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in teaching, psychology or pastoral support.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 mentoring and behaviour support
- Helping students stay focused and engaged in lessons
- Supporting behaviour management strategies across the school
- Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

- Experience working with young people (schools, mentoring, coaching or youth work)
- Calm, resilient and confident approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for supporting students
