Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a talented and committed Maths Teacher on behalf of this Client, a highly regarded secondary school for girls based in Havering. This is a full-time opportunity starting in September on a fixed term contract for 1 full academic year.
This Client is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 considered advantageous. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing and monitoring pupil progress, supporting students of varying abilities, and contributing positively to the wider school community. You will be expected to maintain high standards of teaching and learning while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and possess a degree in Mathematics or a related subject. This Client is looking for a teacher who demonstrates excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for inspiring young people to achieve their full potential. Salary for this role will be paid in line with the London MPS/UPS pay scale. Interviews are to be arranged immediately.
