Site Supervisor - Stockport
Monday to Friday | Split Shifts | 5 Days per Week
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a school site in Stockport.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual who has previous caretaker or site supervisor experience within a school environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Opening and closing the school site
- General maintenance and repairs
- Health & safety checks
- Site security
- Liaising with contractors and staff
- Ensuring the school premises are clean, safe and well maintained
Requirements:
- Previous caretaker/site supervisor experience on a school site is essential
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable and able to work split shifts
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
