A specialist educational provision is seeking a Creative Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and engaging environment. Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, this role would particularly suit applicants with interests or experience in areas such as sport, music, drama, dance or the visual arts.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across the school day, both in lessons and during enrichment activities.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interactions.
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging interventions and practical learning experiences.
• Contributing to extra-curricular clubs that promote creativity and wellbeing.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff.

Suitable Candidates:

• Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
• Bring enthusiasm for arts, performance, sport or creative activities.
