This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful teaching career.

The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in lessons across your specialist subject area

• Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one support

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Build positive relationships with students and staff

• Gain exposure to different teaching strategies and educational settings

• Develop the skills required for future teacher training programmes

What We Are Looking For

• A degree (2:2 classification or above preferred)

• A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
