Economics & Business Studies Teacher (QTS) / Head of Department Opportunity - Sixth Form College | Ladbroke Grove | September 2026 Start

Are you a passionate and driven Economics and Business Studies teacher with QTS, ready for your next opportunity this September? We are working with a high-performing sixth form college in Ladbroke Grove seeking an inspiring educator to join their dynamic team.

For experienced candidates with a proven track record of leadership, there is also the opportunity to be considered for a Head of Department position.

The Role:

Teaching Economics and Business Studies to motivated post-16 learners
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes
Contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking department
For the successful Head of Department candidate: leading curriculum development, supporting departmental staff, and driving outstanding student outcomes

What's on Offer:

Competitive daily rate: £190 - £250 per day (depending on experience)

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Economics and/or Business Studies at KS5
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for student success
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Previous leadership or management experience desirable for Head of Department applicants
