Salary: MPS - UPS (dependent on experience)

SANZA Teaching Agency are working exclusively with a welcoming and well-regarded Church of England primary school in Hillingdon who are seeking a confident and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and values-led school community with a strong Christian ethos and excellent local reputation. The school are looking for a committed Key Stage 2 practitioner who can take full responsibility for a Year 3 class across two days per week (Monday and Tuesday), including full teaching responsibilities and PPA.

The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative lower KS2 team within a school that places strong emphasis on both academic achievement and pupil wellbeing. The school promotes a calm, respectful learning environment where children are motivated and eager to learn.

The Role

The school are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher who can take full responsibility for the class across two days per week.

Responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
* Taking full responsibility for teaching, planning, marking and assessment (including PPA)
* Monitoring pupil progress and implementing targeted support where required
* Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Working collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and wider KS2 team
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  * Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
  * Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  * Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  * Ability to plan, assess and differentiate effectively
  * A positive and proactive attitude
  * Strong communication and organisational skills
  * A genuine passion for primary education
