The Role

As an Art & Design Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the Art & Design department by:

🎨 Preparing materials, equipment, and resources for practical lessons

🖌️ Maintaining art studios, workshops, and storage areas

🧵 Supporting teachers with demonstrations and classroom activities

🖨️ Operating and maintaining specialist equipment and tools

📦 Managing stock levels and ordering materials when required

🛠️ Ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use

🌟 Helping create inspiring displays of students' work across the school

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has a passion for art, design, and creative learning

✔ Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

✔ Has experience working with art materials, equipment, or creative environments

✔ Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ Understands the importance of health and safety within practical learning spaces

✔ Has previous school-based experience (desirable but not essential)
