SEN Teacher Roles Across London
SEND | SEMH | PRU | Specialist Schools
We are currently working with a range of SEN, SEMH, PRU and specialist schools across London who are looking for committed and adaptable SEN Teachers to join them on a full-time, part-time, or flexible agency basis.
These roles offer the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs, while working in supportive and well-resourced settings.
Locations
Opportunities available across all London boroughs including North, South, East and West London.
The Settings
You may be placed in a variety of environments such as:
- SEN schools (ASC, MLD, SLD, PMLD)
- SEMH provisions
- PRUs (Pupil Referral Units)
- Alternative provisions
- Specialist learning centres
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual learning needs and EHCP targets
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and trauma-related challenges
- Using effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
- Creating a safe, structured and positive learning environment
- Tracking progress and contributing to reports and EHCP reviews
- Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists and families
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within SEN, SEMH or PRU settings
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
