Are you an experienced SEN Teacher passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs?

We're looking for QTS-qualified teachers with previous SEND school experience to join a specialist setting supporting pupils with PMLD, low-functioning autism, complex learning needs, wheelchair users, hoisting, tube feeding and personal care.

💙 The Role:
✔ Small classes (6-8 pupils), grouped by ability
✔ EYFS-based personalised curriculum
✔ Excellent staffing ratio (1 LSA : 2 pupils)
✔ Strong focus on communication and life skills
✔ Existing lesson plans provided
✔ Paid trial day across different classes

We're looking for someone who is:

✨ Skilled at adapting learning
✨ Confident working alongside therapists and LSAs
✨ Experienced supporting pupils with profound and complex needs
