SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant with British Sign Language (BSL) to support deaf and hearing-impaired pupils at a welcoming primary school in Sutton, Greater London.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • British Sign Language skills
  • Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children, ideally within a primary school setting
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant
  • A patient, caring and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning and communication
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child succeed
