SANZA Teaching Agency is looking for experienced Deaf support TAs to support deaf and hearing-impaired pupils in primary schools in Croydon

We're looking for candidates who have:
- A British Sign Language qualification
- Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant.
- A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for inclusive education.
