Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional learning needs at a welcoming primary school in Bury.

This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with SEND who is committed to helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.

The Role

• Provide dedicated 1:1 classroom support

• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

• Promote independence and confidence

• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

• Liaise closely with the class teacher and SENCO

We Are Looking For

• Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or similar setting

• Calm, patient and resilient approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
